Oftentimes, your teacher or artistic director will ask everyone to wear clear crystal earrings for an upcoming performance or competition. But what if you don’t have your ears pierced? You could use clip-on earrings, but those start to hurt after a little while and can fall off in the middle of your 32 fouettes (since obviously we all can do 32 fouettes! I can’t!). Instead, try using those flat-backed rhinestones that you glue onto costumes, and eyelash glue. Just dab a little eyelash glue on the back of the rhinestone, and place it on your ear where earrings normally would be. Hold until it is dry, so it doesn’t slide around. They are pretty easy to peel off when you are done with them, but won’t fall off while you are dancing.
